I recently retired from the Regina Police Service with
25 years service as well as 6 years with the
Metropolitan Toronto Police. Throughout my career I have
worked as a supervisor and investigator at the Regina
Children’s Justice Centre, Community Programs, North
Central Service Centre, Street Crimes and Commercial
Crime, as an investigator in Commercial Crime and the B
& E Task Force and as a front line worker in Crime
Prevention, Traffic and Patrol. My service in Toronto
was as a traffic investigator and patrol.
After
completing a voluntary major investigation into the
attempted hostile takeover of a Community Based
Organization in Regina, I received numerous requests for
investigation and consultation services. I have
established Hinchcliffe Investigations and I
would like to offer my services in the event there is
some matter requiring an independent investigation. I
have a network of retired police investigators that I
can license as needed and I can arrange polygraph
services.
